  • Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the day.
  • Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
 
Next-Day Delivery (1-2 Working Days)
  • Charge: £5.99
  • We offer 1-2 Working Days Express Delivery to the UK Mainland (Zone A)
  • Available before 12pm, Monday–Friday.
 
Additional Information
  • We deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isle of White and the Isle of Man, however, please allow an additional five days for Standard Delivery.
  • Please note that we do not currently deliver to Jersey and BFPO addresses.
  • Our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods.

returns & refunds

We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund once the product has been returned to us. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.

We do require all the original packaging and accessories to be included in the return. Also, the courier will not take any unboxed items.You will need to disassemble your product and repackage it, in order for our delivery partners to collect.

Please contact us (info@fusionwell.co.uk) for the return address. In the unlikely event that you have received a product(s) you did not order or pay for, please contact us to arrange a collection immediately.

Please note:

We may apply £5 re-stocking and deliver fee upon the return of your order. This will be based on the condition of the products. Specially ordered goods (i.e. bespoke goods) are non returnable or exchangeable unless genuinely faulty.

Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show in your account.

Refunds will be issued and processed within 15 days. We cannot accept returns of correctly engraved merchandise or items which show signs of wear or use. Please be aware that all costs incurred in shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
